About this Elective

Strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and center your mind during this introduction to the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga. Through Asana and Vinyasa practice and focused breathing exercises, develop a deeper sense of body awareness. Practice strength and balance in solo and partner poses, and dedicate yourself to becoming more centered and aware. Note: Athletic mats will be provided; however, students may bring their own mat if they have one.
