Partial Tuition Grants
Grants are need-based and subsidize a small portion of the tuition for families who make a deposit to reserve a space at EXPLO and also demonstrate financial need.
EXPLO Grants provide partial tuition assistance for qualifying families (adjusted gross income of $185,000 or less). Grant amounts of $100-$1,500 are awarded based on a sliding scale until funds are exhausted. The deadline for grant application is April 1st.
To apply for a grant, first fill out the EXPLO application and pay the deposit. Once submitted, families can then complete their grant form on their online Dashboard. Please be aware that families are responsible for paying the full cost of tuition and all program fees, minus any Grant award if eligible, by the final payment deadline on April 27, 2026.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
Deposits, less an application fee of $100, are refundable until March 2, 2025. After March 2, 2025, deposits become non-refundable. If you proceed with enrollment, the full deposit amount, including the application processing fee, will be applied to your tuition balance. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to your Admission Counselor.
Final tuition payment is due on April 27, 2025. After that date, tuition is non-refundable.
What is the international fee?
EXPLO charges a one-time International Student Fee of $100. The fee helps cover the extra processing involved in your English-language proficiency review and the visa-support paperwork EXPLO prepares for students arriving from outside the United States.
