This strength and conditioning workout combines fast-paced cardio with martial arts techniques to boost endurance, tone muscles, and improve your flexibility and coordination. You’ll learn all the essentials—different types of punches, kicks, knee strikes, footwork, and proper form—and we’ll combine kickboxing with self-defense techniques to build confidence, self-reliance, and empower you out in the world. Get a great, full-body workout and learn valuable safety techniques in this elective.
