    What does it mean to be an effective and authentic leader? In this elective, dive deeply into understanding how identity, beliefs, and self shape and impact your own style of leadership. Collaborate and build trusting teams, hone your communication, and develop critical thinking and decision-making skills through a mix of games, simulations, and discussions. During simulations, craft leadership teams and practice implementing policies, responding to concerns, and simulating real-world decision-making for everyday leadership. By the end of this elective, you will gain a better understanding of your own strengths as a leader to navigate school, college, and future work.
