About this Elective

Designed specifically to increase power, agility, and speed, this elective will shape the essential skills and muscles any great athlete needs. Test your speed, increase vertical jumps, deepen your multi-directional movement, and learn to use basic tools like agility ladders and parachutes to strengthen essential muscles. Through acceleration drills, jump workouts, and resistance training, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the stretch-shortening cycle, the relationship between tendon, bone, and muscle, and participate in plyometric activities that allow you to more accurately target skills and muscle development in your training.
