    Do you love making art and eating sweets? Tie up your apron and learn the art (and science) of decorating cookies, cakes, and other pastries so they look as good as they taste! Using professional tools and surprisingly simple techniques, create a variety of impressive designs, from abstract chocolate garnishes and bubbled sugar to perfectly piped lettering. Create a pop-up patisserie display and share your showstopper creations with the EXPLO community. Please note: Students with food allergies or sensitivities should contact our Admission Office for more details before enrolling in this course. This course may not be appropriate for students with specific dietary restrictions.
