Prepare to venture into your own Willy Wonka-esque wonderland as you discover the art of making candy. Begin your candyland tour with treats like hand-rolled truffles or hand-painted chocolate pops. Explore best-practice techniques for working with various ingredients as you measure, mix, and mold your own creations. Next up, satisfy your sweet tooth with homemade lollipops and hard candies before combining your favorites into your own candy creations. Learn how to identify ingredients or techniques (and how to ward off a tummy ache) with small-scale samplings and taste-testing activities. Come discover how science, cooking, and art intersect to make some of your favorite candy treats!
